Marcellus Vela was supposed to carve his name into the moon, just so he could prove to someone he’d never met that he was worth sticking around for. Instead, he finds himself burning out from his artist and repertoire duties at Permalost Records, questioning what’s so special about music in the first place. 

 

Azura Reyes has a song for every good or bad memory, and she wears the fact like a badge of honor. Those bad memories are starting to catch up with her, though, draining her faster than she can even notice. She’s desperate for something new; a song she can love without limits, but she knows better than anyone that loving means letting go. 

 

What seems like a spur-of-the-moment meeting turns out to be the lyric that completes the song Azura and Marcellus need to bring love back into their lives.
